1 June - a Day of protection childs. The Decision of the International democratic federation of the womans was accepted about his(its) undertaking on special session at November 1949. The First International day of protection  was organized in 1950. UNO has supported this initiative and has declared protection of the rights, lifes and health childs one of the priority directions to its activity. In spite of regular significant appearances of the representatives authorities about need of protection of the rights childrens, in Russian Federation mass problems in this area. For instance, state duty on protection of the rights childrens is practically replaced on subjects of the federations that told on significant deterioration of the situation. The Organs of the trusteeship and guardianship do not possess the necessary state authority on efficient protection of the rights child. The Novations of the Housing Code RF have endangerred observance of the rights childrens on home. Practically around the world not rates of the law are kept about granting vein childs-orphan on output from orphanages. In spite of efforts, which encloses at the last two years public prosecutor's office, as a whole row of the baby orphan institutions are seriously broken right childs, not infrequent events of the violence and cruelly of the address with childs.........
