Relief International - Schools Online (RI-SOL), based in California, has a record of expertise in the implementation of community development programs, including emergency crisis operations. Since 1990, our programs support communities in transition from crisis to recovery with the development of sustainable strategies. In 1994, RI-SOL became the first US based NGO to develop a sustained presence in Tajikistan.
