Tajikistan School Connectivity Project

School #2, Gissar


School #2 is located 40 minutes west of Dushanbe. Although close to the capital, the school is in a rural farming community. There are 1,314 students and 62 teachers. There are seven Lead Teachers active in the Connectivity Project from School #2.

The director is very focused on bringing benefit to both the school and the community. Students and teachers from seven local schools come to use the center. The school Internet Learning Center has six computers, all from the Connectivity Project.
