School #32 in Istaravshan is located on a main transport road from Khujand to Dushanbe. The city is supported by some medium-sized industries, such as a RC Cola bottling plant.

There are 1170 students at the school and 63 teachers. 12 Lead Teachers are active in Connectivity Project activities. The school was recently renovated with support from the Asian Development Bank, and is easily accessible to nearby schools. The school Internet Learning Center has five computers, all from the Connectivity Project.
