Kanibadam is located 40 minutes east from Khujand. School #3 has a very active director, excellent community support, and has access to a direct line for electricity donated by a nearby factory.

There are 1186 students at the school and 71 teachers. 18 Lead Teachers are active in Connectivity Project activities. The school Internet Learning Center has five computers, all from the Connectivity Project.
